What is the best way to enjoy and store your cookies?

• Kimi’s cookies are at their absolute best the day they’re baked, when the texture and flavor are just right. They can be stored in their heat sealed bags at room temperature for up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 2 months to enjoy later.

• Cookies may be warmed in the microwave for 5–10 seconds or in the oven at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes for that perfect gooey texture, just like fresh from the oven.

• To defrost cookies, let them sit out and come to room temperature, then reheat as above.

Are ALL of the cookies gluten free?

• Yes! All of our products are made in a dedicated gluten-free and egg-free kitchen. We do not use any wheat, gluten-containing ingredients, or eggs in our facility.

• Ingredients are carefully selected to be free from gluten and produced in facilities that minimize the risk of cross-contamination, using certified gluten-free ingredients whenever possible.

• Kimi’s Cookies is a Home Cottage Business, which means that the cookies are made in a home kitchen that has not been subject to standard inspection criteria. All products are prepared in a dedicated kitchen space within my home, separate from our family kitchen. We take great care in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and follow all safe food handling practices.
