Kimi’s Cookies began from my own experience living with multiple food allergies and struggling to find desserts I could safely enjoy. After years of eating gluten-free, I often felt left out because I couldn’t eat the same desserts everyone else was enjoying. It felt like almost everything was off limits. As someone who has always loved baking, I began experimenting with gluten-free recipes so I could recreate the foods I missed.

My goal became making desserts so delicious that people wouldn’t even realize they were gluten-free. When I started bringing my baked goods to parties and gatherings, people began asking for the recipes and telling me they were better than bakery cookies they had tried. That’s when I realized what began as a personal challenge could become something much bigger.

Today, Kimi’s Cookies features gourmet cookie flavors inspired by both creative ideas and nostalgic desserts. My goal is for these cookies to appeal to everyone — not just those looking for gluten-free treats — while still providing safe options so no one has to miss out. Each cookie is crafted for rich flavor and bakery-style texture, with soft centers, crisp edges, and the kind of indulgence people crave.

Every batch is made in a dedicated gluten- and egg-free kitchen using high-quality ingredients and carefully tested recipes.
